Adam started his career in construction in 2004 as an estimator in Boise, ID. He went on to work for a nationwide design build contractor and has completed projects in over twenty states. He has worked on a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects throughout the country and holds a general contracting license in multiple states and jurisdictions in Colorado. He is proficient in a variety of disciplines including safety, estimating, project management, cost control, design-build projects and quality control.
Zach has been in the construction industry for over 10 years working in commercial, industrial and food manufacturing facilities. His past experience with clients like Leprino and Conagra Foods has demanded that he be organized, detailed oriented and able to adapt to changing circumstances that are often present during project construction. His past experience helps ensure that sub-contractors maintain schedules, budgets and produce a high-quality product.
Lafe Herrick has more than 30 years of experience in construction management and design/build projects. He has a proven track record of successful working relationships with clients, engineers, and AHJ’s to develop cost-effective approaches for implementing construction activities, often in environmentally sensitive and logistically challenging areas. Lafe is well versed in preparing comparative cost estimates used to evaluate competing alternatives. His wide base of skill sets allows Lafe to consistently and effectively manage large or small, technical or routine projects to a budget while maintaining best in class quality with safety as the primary goal.
Eric Larsen has been working in the Colorado development,
design and construction community for over 15 years. During his tenure,
Eric has mastered the art of taking a project from concept to reality, and he
serves as Summit’s initial interface with clients to help create a roadmap for
success. He starts every client interaction by really listening to their
needs and helping them clearly articulate their goals and objectives. He
then works with the rest of the Summit team to create a singular experience for
that client by bring all the resources necessary together to deliver on their
objectives. Whether it’s a small TI project or a large greenfield
development. Eric understands what it takes every step of the way to make
sure clients are satisfied with the outcome.
Rain for Rent is a long standing client of Summit Partners. Our team has completed a variety of projects for their Colorado operations including re-roofs, building renovations and exterior site improvements.
Summit Partners worked with Good Investment Partners to design and build (2) new industrial outdoor storage projects in Weld County. These projects feature fully improved crushed asphalt yards, large industrial buildings that can support a variety of different uses and can be demised into two sections.
