Bown Crossing

Newly constructed multi tenant commercial center located in Southeast Boise. Summit Partners provided design/build services on this project and was integral in securing tenants for the project.

Have completed multiple facility improvement projects at the Danfoss facility in Longmont, CO

Sherwin Williams

Summit Partners has developed, designed and constructed 4 stores for Sherwin Williams in the Idaho market.

The Salvation Army

Summit Partners has completed a number of projects for the Salvation Army. One of the most notable is the Pallet Shelter project located in Aurora, CO.

Rain for Rent

Rain for Rent is a long standing client of Summit Partners. Our team has completed a variety of projects for their Colorado operations including re-roofs, building renovations and exterior site improvements.

Tellus

Summit Partners worked on Tellus’s new retail footprint from the early stages of design through construction.

Frito Lay

In addition to working extensively for Frito Lay at their plant in Denver, Summit Partners is also a preferred developer for Frito Lay’s product exchange network in the Western US.

Wellington Business Park

21,000 spec flex building in Wellington, CO. Summit partners provided design build services for the project and was critical in the developers efforts to secure tenants for the project.

Completed a office and warehouse renovation for Yesco in Loveland.

James Hardie

Providing construction management services for a large site storage expansion at the James Hardie facility in Waxahachie, TX.

MFH Environmental Corp.

Environmental Remediation & Demolition Contractors

Summit Partners worked with MFH from the early stages of their project to help them plan, design and build a new office and warehouse in Aurora, CO.

Good Investment Partners

Summit Partners worked with Good Investment Partners to design and build (2) new industrial outdoor storage projects in Weld County. These projects feature fully improved crushed asphalt yards, large industrial buildings that can support a variety of different uses and can be demised into two sections.
