Adam Yee old

Adam started his career in construction in 2004 as an estimator in Boise, ID.  He went on to work for an Idaho based nationwide design build general contractor and completed projects in over twenty states.  Adam relocated to northern Colorado in 2016 and has been successfully constructing projects throughout the region for the past five years.

Good Investment Partners

Summit Partners worked with Good Investment Partners to design and build (2) new industrial outdoor storage projects in Weld County. These projects feature fully improved crushed asphalt yards, large industrial buildings that can support a variety of different uses and can be demised into two sections.
